SHIPPING POLICY



We at Ochron take pride in bringing you the best in class products at your doorstep.

We LOVE True Music and so do YOU! We strive to deliver your product of happiness as soon as possible.

Ochron ships products everywhere across India (PAN INDIA) so that no Music lover is deprived out of Sound of True Music.

Shipping across India on prepaid orders is FREE, however, COD option attracts a minimal delivery fee.


Mentioned below are a few points that need to be noted for our Shipping Policy.

 

  • Orders placed with Ochron are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days however, in some cases it may take a bit longer as the product may be out of stock due to high demand.
  • Orders will be placed on a single address, in case if the products needs to be sent to different addresses, multiple orders needs to be placed.
  • Orders PLACED on SATURDAYs AND SUNDAYs are processed on the following MONDAY.
  • Orders are PROCESSED every day except for Sundays.
  • Ochron is tied up with some of the Best Courier Shipping Companies of the Nation who share same working ethics and principles as Ochron does.
  • Ochron tries its level best to deliver the products ordered, as quickly as possible for an early joy on our customers face, however, in some cases of multiple orders, delivering all products at the same time may not be possible due to factors such as manufacturing and availability of products.
  • All Ochron product comes with an invoice within the package, in case the package does not include an invoice fortuitously, please contact Ochron at support@ochron.in immediately.
  • Products take about 1-2 days to be shipped. It usually takes around 4-5 days for shipping depending on the location. So you can expect your products at your doorstep within a week.
  • Tracking IDs are provided once the orders are confirmed, the customer can use that ID for tracking the orders.
  • Prepaid shipping is free for all products, a minimal delivery fee is charged in case of COD.
  • If the delivered product is evidently damaged, a complaint must be registered at support@ochron.in for an impromptu replacement.
  • If at the time of delivery the package seems tampered, the customer should refuse to accept the package and contact Ochron at support@ochron.in, we shall be very quick in replacing the product for you.
